Delivery and Returns Policy for Chronic Exotics

Shipping Information

Chronic Exotics products can be shipped anywhere in the United States where THCA hemp and other cannabinoids are legal. We use UPS or USPS for all shipments, which requires a street address or P.O. box. If there are any issues with your address, we will contact you for clarification. For added security, we recommend requesting “signature required” when placing your order. If USPS shows a “Proof of Delivery” to the provided address and no signature was requested, we are not responsible for replacing missing products.

Drop Shipping from California and Oregon

We do not handle or ship any products. All flower products are drop-shipped directly from our farming partners in California and Oregon. We do not ship flower or any related products from Indiana or any other states where it is illegal to do so.

Other Products

Non-flower products, such as vapes, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, and other products are also shipped from our farming partners’ fulfillment centers in California and Oregon, depending on availability and shipping logistics.

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with a cutoff time of 3:00 pm EST. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day. If you select 2-day shipping, note that it will be shipped 2-day once processed, which may take up to 72 hours. We do not ship on federal holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via USPS. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see the tracking information in your inbox.

International Shipments

We ship to select countries, but not all, due to varying laws surrounding THCA hemp and other cannabinoids. All international orders are non-refundable. Before placing an international order, ensure that you are familiar with the relevant laws and customs requirements in your country. Chronic Exotics is not responsible for any issues once your order leaves our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a customs broker to help ensure the safe delivery of your order.

Return & Refund Policy

By purchasing from Chronic Exotics or related websites, you acknowledge that you are purchasing products containing THCA hemp and other cannabinoids. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of purchasing these products in your state, as laws surrounding THCA hemp and other minor cannabinoids may vary. You must be 21 years of age to purchase products from our website.

If we decide to issue a refund for unopened and unused products, a 20% restocking fee will apply before the refund is processed. All sales are final for private label orders and edible products (e.g., gummies). We do not accept returns on these items. The only situation where a replacement will be issued is if we have shipped the wrong product to you. In such cases, we will provide a return label for the unopened and unused products. Once we receive the return, we will send you the correct items.

If you receive the wrong product, you have 48 hours to notify us. Please click here to message us on our Contact Us page with order number and message.

We provide detailed product descriptions, ingredients, and a third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each product to ensure transparency. If you order the wrong product, we are not responsible for replacing it.

Please note that we do not offer a money-back guarantee. Cannabinoids affect individuals differently, and your experience may not be the same as others.

Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Always consult with a healthcare provider before trying any new supplement.

If your product is damaged during shipping, take a photo or video of the original packaging and send it to us within 24 hours of receiving your product. We will review the situation and determine the next steps.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label if we shipped the wrong product. If you choose to pay for return shipping, please wait 24 hours to receive our P.O. Box Address via email.
